Gyaru doesnt have rules...

I’ve been hearing this a lot lately and I have to say that I kind of agree. Only in the sense that there is no rule book stating that to be gyaru you have to do a, b and c. I do think that gyaru as well as other fashion substyles have implied rules. If there where no implied rules then why have a need at stamp a label on our choice of style? I am new to this blog that a signed up for.. but I just got used to it~ n.n it’s very fun.
